It started with a leaking tap and a missed WhatsApp message. In late 2024, our founders realized that for most South African landlords and agents, "property management" wasn't happening on expensive dashboard software—it was happening on WhatsApp.
Yet, tracking payments, maintenance, and leases on a chat app is chaotic. We asked: "What if WhatsApp was the interface, but a powerful AI engine did the heavy lifting in the background?"
Lurio Technologies was born. Today, we process millions in rental payments and automate thousands of maintenance requests, giving property pros their time back.
